What will you be doing at Atrium?
At Atrium, we believe that our people are our greatest strength. As an HR Contractor, you will play a vital dual role in driving our talent acquisition efforts while delivering smooth, high-touch HR operational support.
You will spend 60% of your time attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing teams. The remaining 40% of your focus will be dedicated to enriching the employee journey—handling end-to-end onboarding, managing employee leaves, providing general administrative support, and organizing engaging team-building activities that foster our collaborative culture.
