Role Description The Telesales Representative role at Vardaan Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The Telesales Representative will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products and services, generate leads, and close sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features and pricing, and maintaining accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM or other systems. The representative will handle basic customer support inquiries, follow up on prospects, and coordinate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. The role also includes participating in training sessions,



adhering to company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales scripts and processes.
Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Sales skills, including lead generation, persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Ability to participate in and apply Training to improve product knowledge and telesales performance.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or call management software.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and manage time effectively.
Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
