We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-forward senior field marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive field marketing strategies to promote our presence at industry events, drive attendance, and expand brand awareness.
We are looking for a candidate with robust professional maturity who can operate with a high degree of ownership. The ideal candidate actively leverages modern AI tools and automated workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks, optimize project efficiency, and scale our field marketing operations smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Event Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning, development, and execution of field marketing strategies to effectively promote events, conferences, trade shows, and community meetups.
Project Management & Operations:



Oversee end-to-end event lifecycles—from initial logistics and collateral coordination to post-event follow-ups—ensuring seamless execution using project management tools
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as event organizers, collateral vendors, and internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Design, etc).
Performance & Data Analysis: Track key event metrics, evaluate campaign performance, conduct post-event analysis, and deliver actionable insights to refine future event investments.
Collateral & Campaign Asset Creation: Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, promotional collateral, digital content, and event listings tailored to specific target markets and personas.
AI & Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive operational tasks and implement AI-driven workflows, automations, and AI project tools (e.g., Claude projects, prompt workflows, automated SOPs) to maximize team productivity.
