Role Description The Team Leader – Sales will oversee a sales team and drive enrollment growth for Offenso TechSchool’s programs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves managing daily sales activities, assigning targets, and monitoring performance. Responsibilities include coaching and inspiring team members, conducting regular review meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-up with prospective learners and institutional partners. The role also involves handling key customer interactions, resolving escalated issues, preparing sales reports,



and collaborating with marketing and operations to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The Team Leader is expected to maintain high professional standards and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Team Management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and the ability to lead a sales team toward targets.
