Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise EUC and endpoint infrastructure across the organization.
Administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM for device management, software deployment, patching, and compliance.
Support Windows 10/11 device provisioning, imaging, and OS deployment.
Configure Windows Autopilot, device policies, compliance policies, and endpoint security controls.
Handle application packaging, upgrades, and complex endpoint troubleshooting.
Skills Required:
5 to 10 years of experience in EUC, endpoint management, or application support.
Robust hands-on experience in EUC and end user computing operations.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM,



Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
Ability to support Windows 10/11 endpoints at scale with strong compliance and security discipline.
Working knowledge of PowerShell automation, ITIL/ITSM processes, and enterprise application deployment workflows.
Good to Have:
Leadership experience in coordinating technical teams and mentoring support engineers.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
