Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Pune Division. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs and drawings,



and coordinating with internal engineering, construction, and project management teams across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits and assessments, ensuring design compliance with local regulations and building codes, and integrating client requirements into functional and aesthetically sound solutions. The role involves collaborating with external consultants and partners, reviewing technical documents, and supporting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Architect will also participate in design reviews, contribute to innovation in materials and methods, and help maintain Avishkar Realty’s commitment to comfort, safety, and sustainability in every project.
