Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development – Projects professional with 2–4 years of experience to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, generate project leads, and drive the sales process from initial enquiry to project closure.

The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering or related technical background, or an MBA in Marketing/Business Development, along with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, industrial, and project-based segments.
Generate leads through market research, networking, references, industry events, online platforms, and direct client outreach.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable Tvasta solutions and project opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, consultants, architects, infrastructure companies, and institutional clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/solution demonstrations, and project discussions.
Prepare and share proposals, commercial quotations, presentations, and other business development documents in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Operations teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
