Role Description This full-time, on-site Google Workspace Support role is based in Chennai. The role involves providing day-to-day technical and customer support for Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Meet. Responsibilities include handling user requests, troubleshooting configuration and access issues,



managing user accounts and permissions, and assisting with integrations and migrations. The team member will document issues and resolutions, create user guides or FAQs, and collaborate with other technical staff to improve system reliability and user experience. The role also requires clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure efficient and secure use of Google Workspace across the organization.
