Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Referral Marketing Executive to build robust relationships with doctors and referral partners and drive patient referrals to Even Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and referral partners.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Generate and follow up on patient referrals.
Promote Even Hospitals’ specialties, consultants, and services.
Onboard current referral partners and achieve referral targets.
Track referrals, conversions, and prepare reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable knowledge of the Bengaluru healthcare market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
