Enterprise AI Engineer to help build and enhance AI driven solutions across HCM and Payroll platforms. This role is focused on hands on development, working under the guidance of senior engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and production ready AI features.The engineer will contribute to Agentic AI and Copilot based solutions, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms that power employee and client experiences. Responsibilities

- AI Copilot Development - Develop and extend LLM powered AI solutions using established patterns and frameworks Build and enhance Copilot and AI agent workflows for HCM and Payroll use cases such as: Employee self-service HR and payroll inquiries Knowledge and case assistance Implement prompt engineering, RAG, and basic agent behaviors under defined architectural guidance Test, refine, and improve AI outputs for accuracy and reliability.

- Application Development Integration - Develop backend services and APIs to support AI workflows Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as: Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) Salesforce or similar systems Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data sources Ensure solutions follow established security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

- *Quality, Deployment Support - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Perform functional testing, AI output validation, and issue resolution Support production systems by following monitoring, logging, and incident response practices Apply feedback and usage insights to continuously improve solutions. Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree - Required

- 3u20136 years of software engineering experience

- Handsuon experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#





- Foundational experience with AI/GenAI concepts , including:

- Experience building or integrating backend services and APIs

- Understanding of enterprise development practices and production systems

- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms Experience working with Microsoft 365 or Salesforce integrations Familiarity with HCM, Payroll, HR Tech, or regulated enterprise systems Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure). Live the Paychex Values
