About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with strong command over English and Hindi to create explicit, engaging and impactful content for digital and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand the tone and requirements of different audiences and translate ideas into well-written content. A medium-level understanding of Marathi is required to understand and work with Marathi content when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Write high-quality content in English and Hindi for social media and digital platforms.
- Develop social media captions, posts, carousel scripts, video scripts, Reel scripts, articles and campaign content.
- Create engaging and audience-friendly content based on briefs and campaign objectives.
- Research topics and develop relevant content ideas and concepts.
- Adapt content across different platforms while maintaining the appropriate tone and messaging.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, clarity and accuracy.
- Translate or adapt content between English and Hindi while maintaining the original meaning and context.
- Understand and review Marathi content and coordinate with the team for Marathi-language requirements.
- Work closely with the social media, design and video teams to develop content.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and communication style.
- Stay updated with social media trends, current topics and relevant content formats.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication,



English, Hindi, Marketing, or a related field .
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, digital content or social media content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi .
- Medium-level understanding of Marathi .
- Strong grammar, vocabulary and proofreading skills.
- Experience in writing content for social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to research and understand different subjects quickly.

- Experience working with creative, social media or video production teams.
- Portfolio of published content or previous writing samples.
