We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated English Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in English language and literature, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inspiring higher secondary students. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging, exam-oriented lessons while developing students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons for Higher Secondary classes in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Subject Expertise: Provide comprehensive instruction in English Language, Literature, Grammar, Writing Skills, Reading Comprehension, and related areas.
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students effectively for Higher Secondary board examinations through structured lessons, revision, question-paper analysis, and regular practice.
- Student Assessment: Conduct regular tests and assessments, evaluate student performance, track academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Skill Development: Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, comprehension, vocabulary, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials according to the academic levels and learning needs of students.
- Academic Support: Provide doubt-clearing sessions, remedial support, and additional guidance to students requiring academic assistance.
- Content Development: Prepare study materials, worksheets, question banks, assignments, revision notes, and examination-oriented resources.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with senior faculty and academic leadership for curriculum planning, student performance improvement, and academic activities.
- Parent Communication: Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress, performance, and areas requiring improvement.

Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) with B.Ed.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Higher Secondary classes preferred

Subject Mastery

Strong command of English Language, Literature, Grammar, Writing, Reading Comprehension, and Higher Secondary curriculum

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Teaching Skills

Strong classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement, and examination preparation skills

Digital Skills

Proficiency in smartboards, digital classroom tools, educational software, and online teaching resources

Additional Skills

Strong analytical ability, presentation skills, mentoring ability, and a student-focused approach
