About the Role

We're a US-based staffing firm looking for a self-driven Engineering Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles across our US client base. This is a full-cycle position — you'll take a requirement from intake to offer, working independently to source, screen, and close candidates for both IT and Non-IT engineering positions (software, data, mechanical, electrical, and related disciplines). What You'll Do

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering requirements — from requirement intake through offer and closure.
- Independently source, screen, and pipeline candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS+, job boards, and your own network/database.
- Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical fit, work authorization, rate/salary expectations, and availability.
- Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations through offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requirement data in the excel.
- Build and nurture a personal candidate pipeline for recurring/high-demand engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with account managers/clients on requirement priorities, feedback,



and interview scheduling.
- Stay current on US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN) and their implications for engineering hiring.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a US Engineering/Technical Recruiter (staffing or corporate)
- Proven ability to independently handle and close requirements with minimal supervision
- Strong working knowledge of US recruiting fundamentals: work authorization types, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), and rate negotiation
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS+, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), and ATS/CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (US-facing role)
- Comfortable working night shift hours aligned to EST
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- An existing personal candidate database/network in engineering disciplines (software, data, mechanical, or electrical)
- Experience recruiting across both IT and Non-IT engineering roles
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Signal Hire or similar contact-discovery platforms
- Experience working with staffing/vendor ecosystems (prime vendors, direct clients)
