4. Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and resources to increase productivity.
5. Rejection analysis and countermeasures implementation.
6. Documentation and audit compliance related to Customer Audit, IATF 16949, ISO-14001& EMS/OHSAS-45001, EnMS 50001.
7. QCC project completion as per plan
8. Resolve the problems and issues related to operation and people encountered during the shift.
9. Training and skill upgradation of employees (Line leaders & Associates).
10. Maintain 5S and ensure safety measures in assembly lines.
