Eligibility:

- Freshers eligible
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts
- 5.5 days working with rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to international/NA customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally through voice.
- Troubleshoot basic Operating System-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
