About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Email & WhatsApp Retargeting Expert to manage and optimize customer re-engagement campaigns across Email and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in audience segmentation, campaign automation, retargeting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp retargeting campaigns for leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Segment audiences based on lead behavior, engagement, course/program interest, and customer journey.
- Create and manage automated communication journeys for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
- Develop effective email campaigns, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rate, click-through rate, response rate, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and campaign timing.
- Identify inactive and unresponsive leads and develop strategies to re-engage them.
- Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to improve lead conversion through remarketing.
- Maintain campaign databases and ensure proper audience tagging and segmentation.
- Ensure WhatsApp campaigns follow Meta/WhatsApp Business messaging and template guidelines.




- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, Retargeting, or CRM Marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing and customer re-engagement strategies.
- Experience with email marketing/CRM platforms and WhatsApp Business API tools.
- Good knowledge of audience segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Experience in the education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
