Job Summary

Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, heavy-duty machinery, and automated controls to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, industrial machinery, and plant equipment.

· Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and production machinery to minimize downtime.

· Diagnose electrical faults and carry out effective corrective actions to ensure smooth plant operations.

· Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, starters, control circuits, sensors, and related industrial electrical systems.

· Support the installation, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of electrical systems and heavy-duty machinery.

· Monitor electrical equipment performance and identify potential faults, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.

· Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams during equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and electrical maintenance activities.

· Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, EHS requirements, housekeeping, and safe working practices.





· Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance checklists, and other required documentation.

Candidate Profile

· Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

· Experience: 0–3 years in industrial electrical maintenance, manufacturing, foundry, power plant, heavy engineering, or related industries.

· Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of industrial machinery and plant equipment preferred.

· Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, starters, control circuits, sensors, wiring, and basic industrial automation systems.

· Experience in Foundry, Power Plant, Metal Processing, or heavy-duty manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.

· Good understanding of electrical safety, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting practices.

· Robust problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and willingness to work in shifts and shop-floor environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
