Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Project Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Electrical Project

Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of electrical and lighting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs and drawings, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and managing subcontractors and site staff. The role involves preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, handling risk mitigation,



and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

The Electrical Project

Manager will also liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities, address technical issues on-site, and support continuous improvement in project execution and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles relevant to lighting and power systems.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Electrical Contracting and Electrical Design for commercial, industrial, and outdoor lighting projects.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and project cost control skills, including estimation, resource planning, and financial tracking.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; skilled certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end electrical projects, preferably in lighting or construction environments, with familiarity with local codes and safety standards.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on-site.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and basic design or CAD software; knowledge of energy-efficient and LED lighting technologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions under time constraints, and maintain a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
