Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician Fresher role based in Raipur.

The Electrician

Fresher will assist with installation, wiring, and basic electrical work across production units and facilities under the guidance of senior electricians.

Responsibilities include supporting routine maintenance, helping with repair work on electrical equipment, and learning to identify and rectify minor faults safely. The role involves daily checks of electrical systems, following safety protocols, documenting work performed, and cooperating with the operations and maintenance teams.



The position is designed to provide hands-on training and practical exposure in an industrial environment for individuals starting their electrical career.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of electricity and basic electrical work, with a willingness to learn and apply safety standards.
- Ability to assist in maintenance & repair activities for electrical equipment and plant infrastructure.
- Interest and aptitude in troubleshooting common electrical issues under supervision.
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent diploma/ITI in electrician trade (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of industrial safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to shift-based work in a manufacturing setting.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude toward equipment, co-workers, and workplace safety.
