Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Education Sales role based in Jaipur.
The Education
Sales professional will build and maintain relationships with schools, learning centers, and educational institutions to promote Learn Well Publications’ pre-primary and primary learning products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, and providing ongoing support to existing customers.
The role also involves coordinating training sessions for educators on effective use of the materials, collecting feedback from clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities.
- Candidates should possess experience in Training and supporting educators or clients.
- Understanding of the education sector, preferably pre-primary and primary, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage territory-based activities, and travel locally as needed.
- Goal-oriented mindset with basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
