Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing and growing Fitspire’s online sales channels. This role includes managing marketplace and website listings, optimizing product content, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

The Ecommerce

Manager will analyze performance data, plan and execute online promotional campaigns, and coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and customer support teams to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility. Daily activities also involve tracking key ecommerce metrics,



identifying growth opportunities, and implementing best practices for user experience and conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms, drive conversions, and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills to plan and execute digital campaigns that support brand awareness and product promotions.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with external partners or vendors.
- Experience with ecommerce tools, marketplaces, and CMS platforms is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience in health, wellness, or consumer products ecommerce is an advantage.
