Hiring | Business Head – E-Commerce

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8–12 years in e-commerce with 3+ years of P&L; ownership .

CTC: ₹50–55 LPA

Industry: Leading Luxury Retail Brand

Reporting to: CMO

Qualification: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred .

About the Role

Own the e-commerce P&L; and growth strategy across website, app and marketplaces, building digital into a robust revenue channel for a growing luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own online revenue, margin, P&L; and growth across all digital channels.
- Drive e-commerce merchandising, pricing, promotions and assortment .
- Own website/app customer experience and conversion optimisation .
- Lead fulfilment, logistics, returns and online customer service .
- Manage marketplace performance, pricing and digital visibility .
- Drive omnichannel initiatives connecting online and offline customer journeys.




- Partner with Marketing, Technology, Merchandising and Operations to drive growth.

Ideal Profile
- 8–12 years in e-commerce with 3+ years of P&L; ownership and experience scaling online revenue and profitability .
- Experience in luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty or high-consideration categories preferred.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, digital marketing, technology and fulfilment .
- Strong commercial, analytical and customer-centric mindset.
