Position: Early Years Teacher

Role Summary The Early Years Teacher will create a nurturing, engaging and inquiry-led learning environment that supports the holistic development of pupils aged 3–6 years. The role involves delivering play-based learning aligned with the IB philosophy, fostering curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based and child-centred learning experiences.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children's curiosity, independence,



creativity and critical thinking.
- Observe, assess and document student progress to inform learning.
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Integrate creative arts, movement, stories and hands-on experiences into learning.
- Support a smooth transition from Early Years to Primary Years.
- Contribute to the wider school community and engage in ongoing professional development.

Essential Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of experience teaching Early Years, preferably in an international school.
- Solid understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Early Child Education (ECE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
