E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Executive

Sasora is a growing fashion and leather accessories brand selling across leading e-commerce platforms including Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Aijo and other online marketplaces.

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day processing, packing, and dispatch of customer orders across our various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Process and execute daily orders received from Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, Aijo and other e-commerce portals.

Knowledge in Unicommerce Inventory Portal (Preferred)

Pick the correct products as per order/SKU and ensure accuracy before packing.

Pack products according to the packaging guidelines of each marketplace.

Generate and print invoices, shipping labels, barcodes, and other required documents.

Coordinate with courier partners and marketplace logistics teams for timely order dispatch.

Ensure all orders are dispatched within the prescribed SLA/TAT.

Handle order cancellations, returns, replacements, and related operational activities.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.

Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team to ensure product availability.

Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products,



or order-related issues.

Ensure proper product presentation and packaging quality before dispatch.

Assist in maintaining marketplace-related operational reports and records.

Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, warehouse, fulfillment, or dispatch.

Experience working with marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, etc. will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Positive attention to detail and ability to work accurately with multiple orders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily dispatch deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates with experience in fashion, leather goods, accessories, or retail e-commerce will be an advantage.
