inventory planning or demand planning
- Strong hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart

Seller Hub or similar platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP or equivalent functions and dashboard creation
- Good understanding of ecommerce and category metrics including sell-through, inventory turns, AOV,

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

You are likely to thrive in this position if you are someone who looks beyond assigned tasks and thinks about the overall health of the category.

You notice when inventory is building up before it becomes a problem. You investigate why a product is not selling. You spot marketplace issues before they start affecting revenue. You are comfortable working with data, but equally comfortable coordinating with multiple teams to get things done.

Most importantly, you take ownership of outcomes.

Why Join Little Surprise Box

- Work closely with the founders and an experienced, hands on team
- Gain exposure across ecommerce, merchandising, inventory, marketplaces, marketing and operations
- Be involved in important growth periods including festive campaigns, seasonal launches and large marketplace events
- Contribute to the company's international marketplace expansion, including the UAE
- Work in an environment where good ideas can move quickly from discussion to execution
- Build broad ecommerce experience with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the company grows The Opportunity

This role offers significantly broader exposure than a traditional marketplace operations position.

You will have visibility into how products are selected, launched, stocked, marketed and scaled across channels. For someone who wants to develop into a well rounded ecommerce professional and eventually take on broader category or ecommerce leadership responsibilities, this role provides the prospect to build that experience from the ground up.
