- Manage end-to-end online orders: picking, QC, packing, labelling and dispatch.
- Ensure all orders are processed within the defined SLA with minimum cancellations and errors.
- Monitor and coordinate Myntra, Shopify and other marketplaces orders.
- Conduct inventory tracking and verification, including marketplace returns.
- Perform and maintain packing video checks/evidence as required for marketplace disputes and penalty avoidance.
- Maintain online inventory accuracy and coordinate with the store team on stock availability.
- Identify and escalate order, inventory or system-related issues.
- During non-order-processing hours, support store sales and customer handling.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
