Responsible for the overall electrical operations, maintenance, and safety of the plant/facility.
Supervise and maintain electrical panels, motors, transformers, DG sets, wiring, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
Ensure regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Monitor electrical power consumption and identify prospects for energy savings.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with the Electricity Board and other statutory authorities whenever required.
Maintain electrical records, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and license-related documents.
Supervise electricians and electrical maintenance staff and allocate daily work.




Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
Ensure proper earthing, safety systems, and electrical installations are maintained.
Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for electrical works and maintenance.
Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and as per applicable regulations.
Handle electrical inspections and ensure compliance with C License requirements.
