Job Description

Concentrix is hiring Technical Support Executives for an international customer support process involving chat and voice support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to international customers through chat and voice.
Troubleshoot website, hosting, and basic technical issues.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.

Required Skills
Positive English communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of API, CSS, WordPress and Web Hosting.




Basic Server Knowledge.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
International customer support experience will be an advantage.
