Role Overview

KNAV is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to head Global IT Operations. This role will be responsible for building a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT workplace that supports KNAV’s global teams and clients. The ideal candidate blends operational excellence with forward-thinking innovation, ensuring technology is a true business enabler.

Key Responsibilities
Own and lead KNAV’s global IT operations across infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user services
Design and execute a robust IT strategy aligned with KNAV’s growth, digital transformation, and client delivery goals
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT systems and platforms
Drive cybersecurity strategy, governance, and compliance (including data protection and regulatory standards)
Lead cloud strategy (migration, optimization, cost management) across platforms such as Azure/AWS
Oversee IT service management (ITSM), ensuring strong SLAs, user experience, and support models
Manage global IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships
Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency, system uptime,



and service delivery
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global IT team
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and client service
Lead disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and risk mitigation initiatives

Key Requirements
15–20+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams
Proven experience in qualified services, consulting, or financial services environments preferred
Robust expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and network architecture
Experience implementing and managing IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to scale IT operations in a growing, global organization
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Track record of driving digital transformation and operational efficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
