Manager – Wayanad

We are looking for an energetic, talented, and hardworking Manager to join our team in Wayanad.

Our go-karting facility offers an exciting motorsport experience, featuring a scenic mountain race track located amidst beautiful tea plantations and hills, with easy access from the highway.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the go-kart track.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team.
Set daily goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain operational efficiency and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.




Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational planning.

Requirements
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Active, responsible, and hardworking personality.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Previous experience in operations, hospitality, recreation, or facility management is preferred
