The role focuses on understanding student goals, explaining academic pathways clearly, building trust, and converting enquiries into enrolments. This position blends counselling, relationship - building, and admissions follow - up. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling objections, and helping them make informed education decisions. Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual meetings, and in person counselling sessions
Provide one - to - one academic counselling and career guidance to students and working professionals exploring upskilling programs
Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, eligibility requirements, and career support offerings




Act as a trusted advisor by mapping student goals to suitable programs across Data Science, AI, Finance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related domains
Meet and exceed monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion performance targets
Participate in webinars, information sessions, open houses, and counselling events to support outreach and conversions, while collaborating with marketing, operations, and academic teams to continuously improve lead quality and student experience
Stay updated on education trends, job market demands, certification pathways, and emerging skills to provide informed guidance 1 – 4 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, admissions, or a related student facing role ~Experience managing leads, follow - ups, or tele - sales interactions preferred ~ Candidates from coaching institutes, training academies, or online education platforms will be advantageous High - growth EdTech brand with solid placement outcomes
