Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, including product listings, order management, inventory, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central and Shopify accounts.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings.
Manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, and specifications.
Handle orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock availability.
Resolve suppressed listings, listing errors, and Amazon account cases.
Manage Shopify products, collections, pricing, discounts, and offers.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and conversion rates.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
Assist with Amazon promotions, deals, coupons, and campaigns.




Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads/PPC is preferred.

Basic E-Commerce SEO & keyword knowledge
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple SKUs and tasks independently

Preferred Candidate

Education: Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in E-Commerce operations
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
