The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound leads, engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into site visits. The role requires prompt lead response, effective follow-up, CRM management, and solid customer engagement to support sales conversions.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling preferred
