Position: Accountant
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, handling taxation-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, bills, payments and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Assist with GST, TDS and other applicable tax-related documentation and compliance.
Prepare financial statements, profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and external auditors when required.




Maintain accurate records and supporting financial documents.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with Tally, MS Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling complete accounting processes.
Experience in manufacturing, trading or a similar industry will be preferred.
Knowledge of advanced MS Excel is an advantage.
