IKF is looking for a dynamic, confident, and people-oriented individual to join our growing AI Consulting & Business Development team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive for our AI Workshops & Masterclasses vertical, you will play a key role in taking IKF’s AI learning initiatives to the market. From corporate leadership workshops to open masterclasses, you will help businesses and professionals discover how AI can transform the way they work.

Responsibilities
Reach out to companies and decision-makers to pitch AI workshop and masterclass programs
Handle client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Send professional proposals and program details on behalf of the CEO
Follow up with prospects until bookings, schedules, and logistics are finalized
Manage registrations and coordination for open masterclasses and events
Coordinate with performance marketing and email marketing teams for lead generation
Represent the company at networking events, corporate meets, and industry gatherings
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and leads




Maintain and update the sales pipeline with proper follow-ups and next actions
Ensure timely post-event communication and client follow-up after workshops

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Solid interpersonal and networking abilities
Confidence in communicating with business owners and senior executives
Ability to manage multiple clients, events, and follow-ups simultaneously
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of AI in a business context
Resilience and persistence in sales conversations
