Technical Manager – Electrical Insulator Manufacturing & Testing

Location: Beechwal Industrial Area, Bikaner

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the manufacturing and testing of electrical insulators.
Conduct and oversee electrical, mechanical and routine testing of different types of insulators.
Ensure products meet required quality parameters and applicable IS/IEC standards.
Handle testing equipment, maintain testing records and prepare technical reports.
Identify manufacturing/testing issues and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.
Ensure proper implementation of technical and testing procedures.





Candidate Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in electrical insulators/electrical equipment manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of electrical testing, testing equipment and manufacturing processes.
Practical, shop-floor-oriented approach with valuable troubleshooting skills.

Preference will be given to candidates having direct experience in electrical insulator manufacturing and testing.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
