Job Description – Ambulance Paramedic (B.Sc. Nursing)

Position: Ambulance Paramedic / Staff Nurse
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM
Location: Raipur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities
Provide immediate medical care and nursing support to patients during ambulance transportation.
Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs, including BP, pulse, SpO₂, and temperature.
Provide first aid and emergency care as required.
Assist doctors and emergency medical teams during critical situations.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
Handle emergency medical equipment, oxygen support, and monitoring devices.
Ensure proper patient transfer from the incident location to the hospital.
Maintain accurate patient and ambulance records.
Ensure ambulance medical equipment and emergency supplies are available and ready for use.
Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency-care protocols.




Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, doctors, and ambulance staff.

Eligibility
B.Sc. Nursing qualification is mandatory.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience in emergency care, ICU, trauma care, or ambulance services will be preferred.
Freshers with robust clinical knowledge may also be considered.
Valuable communication and emergency-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

₹22000 per month, depending on experience and qualification.
