Experience: 3–5 years
Job Purpose
Responsible for supervising and managing all maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and other infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and allocate duties to maintenance staff.
Monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility systems.
Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements promptly.
Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for specialized maintenance work.
Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and inventory.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, quotations, and service records.
Report major breakdowns, repair requirements, and maintenance expenses to management.
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of all facility equipment and infrastructure.
Qualification & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical field.
3–5 years of relevant maintenance/supervisory experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
