Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Inspection: Oversee checks on electrical systems, fluid levels, tire pressure, engine performance, and cosmetic body condition using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) checklists.
Defect Rectification: Coordinate with the workshop and stockyard to fix any transit damages or manufacturing flaws before delivery.
Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and train PDI technicians and cleaning staff.
Department Coordination: Work with the sales team to prioritize vehicle preparation based on scheduled delivery dates.
Documentation: Verify owner manuals, warranty booklets, service kits, and complete required Dealer Management System (DMS) updates. [1]
