Key Responsibilities
Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming café experience.
Supervise, motivate, and allocate duties to café staff.
Monitor sales, customer feedback, and branch performance.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
Monitor stock, inventory, wastage, and daily consumption.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen/team for timely service.
Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues.
Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Support staff training, onboarding, promotions, and café events.
Coordinate with other branches and management as required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
