We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Godown Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory movement, and dispatch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day godown operations
Manage loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and purchase teams
Ensure proper storage and material handling
Monitor housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the warehouse
Handle inward/outward entries and documentation
Supervise warehouse staff and delivery teams

Requirements:
2–5 years experience in warehouse/godown operations
Experience in building materials, hardware, sanitary, electrical, or related industry preferred
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/ERP preferred)
Valuable organizational and leadership skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage teams efficiently
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
