About the Role

We are looking for an Event Coordinator Intern who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people and coordinating things.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution.
Follow up on event requirements and deliverables.
Assist during venue visits, setups, and live events.
Coordinate with production, décor, AV, sound, LED, and other vendors.
Support the team with event-related documentation and checklists.




Handle on-ground coordination during events.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced event environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours during events

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: Freshers / Students can apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
