IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Skills & Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security

· Administer Zscaler ZIA and ZPA to provide secure internet access and private application connectivity

· Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls, security policies, VPNs, and access control rules

· Manage network switching including VLAN configuration, port security, and basic Layer 2 / Layer 3 troubleshooting

· Administer Microsoft Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and Storage

· Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including:

o User and group administration

o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

o Conditional Access policies

· Monitor servers, networks, and applications using infrastructure monitoring tools

· Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA),



and implement preventive and corrective actions

· Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure physical security

· Administer biometric access control systems for secure physical access management

· Provide Windows and macOS operating system support for end users

· Handle and maintain NAS storage systems, including access control and backups

· Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and ensure compliance with IT security best practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
