Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing/POS transactions.
Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and dining area.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Follow food safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi. Basic English will be an added advantage.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be comfortable working at the Airport location.
