About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, a data-driven approach, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop paid marketing strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign analysis.
Manage campaign targeting, bidding, budgets, ad sets, creatives, and optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Track leads, conversions, customer acquisition costs, and overall campaign ROI.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest changes, trends, and best practices in Meta and Google advertising.
Guide junior team members and assist in task allocation and campaign execution.
Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Excellent understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
Experience in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and reporting.
Valuable understanding of retargeting, remarketing, audience segmentation,
