Position: NOC Monitoring Analyst

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Budget: 3.5 LPA

Office Timings: Rotation as required

Role Overview

We are looking for a NOC Analyst to support 24x7 monitoring and operational

activities for network and IT infrastructure. The candidate should have good

knowledge on Site 24*7, OP manager and any NMS tool with basic networking

knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.

The role involves monitoring infrastructure availability, responding to alerts, creating

and managing incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, and coordinating with

L2/L3 teams for resolution. Also he should have Good Communication, Writing Skills

 Monitor and alerting network and IT infrastructure devices through NMS/monitoring tools.

 Perform L1 troubleshooting and initial diagnosis of incidents.





 Create, update, escalate and close incidents in the ITSM tool and SLA.

 Track incidents until service restoration and closure.

 Follow approved SOPs, MOPs, and escalation procedures.

 Participate in shift handovers and provide explicit updates on open incidents.

 Submitting daily/weekly and monthly NOC reports to customers.

 Basic Networking Knowledge of OSI, TCP/IP models, IPv4 addressing and subnetting, DNS and DHCP, ICMP, SNMP fundamentals, Ping and Traceroute

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA in Computer Science, knowledge on Networking concepts.
