About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Executive to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day legal operations, contractual documentation, and compliance requirements. The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, external legal advisors, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure that the organization’s legal interests are protected and its statutory obligations are met.
The ideal candidate should have robust corporate legal experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage legal matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of contracts, agreements, NDAs, employment-related documents, vendor agreements, client agreements, and other legal documentation
Review commercial and operational arrangements from a legal and risk perspective and highlight potential concerns or exposures
Oversee and track statutory and regulatory compliance applicable to the organization, including labour and corporate law requirements




Coordinate and manage interactions with external legal consultants, advocates, vendors, and government/regulatory authorities
Maintain and oversee the company’s legal records, contract repository, compliance trackers, and documentation systems
Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business teams on employee, vendor, client, and commercial legal matters
Handle legal notices, official correspondence, disputes, and documentation, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups
Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and amendments and assess their potential impact on the organization
Support the company on matters relating to labour laws, intellectual property rights, contracts, employment matters, and corporate legal requirements
Identify potential legal and compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective or preventive actions
