Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization. This role includes understanding workforce needs, creating role profiles, sourcing candidates through various channels,



screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth, inclusive hiring experience. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining recruitment pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.
