? Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels.
Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers, and business partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for order closure.
Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.
Maintain regular sales reports, customer records,
and pipeline updates.
Explore new markets and opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
? Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.
Experience in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, Technical Sales, or related industries will be preferred.
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA (Marketing), or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and sales conversion.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Candidates with B.Tech / technical sales / domestic or international sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
