Responsibilities:
Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and branding materials
Edit engaging videos, reels, promotional content, and product videos for digital platforms
Design creatives for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign requirements
Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects to videos when needed
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and video content
Adapt content for different target markets including India and international audiences
Stay updated with the latest design and video trends

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma




Strong skills in video editing, color correction, transitions, and storytelling
Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and branding
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
Experience in fintech / startup / digital marketing environment
Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video content
Experience creating performance marketing ads and promotional videos
Robust portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work
